Toybox Policies
Child Protection Policy:
Toybox is committed to building a 'child-safe' organisation and network and has solid policies and procedures in place to enable this to happen.
Street-involved children are especially vulnerable to abuse, exploitation, and ill-treatment at the hands of carers, other project workers, and those with access to their personal information. Many have already experienced ruptured relationships of trust or abuse of an adult-child relationship in the form of physical, sexual, emotional abuse and neglect (Text taken from The Consortium for Street Children, Child Protection Policy, 2010)

All photos and video used by Toybox are taken with permission and present a true and fair representation of our work with the children of Latin America. Toybox and our overseas partners work with the projects we support to ensure child protection procedures are followed at all times.
Toybox Child Ambassador Scheme:
Toybox seeks to work to the guidance and standards set out by the Fundraising Standards Board (FRSB) in their Child Sponsorship Charter. Read the charter document here

As we strive to live out our brand values we will treat you with kindness, integrity and respect. The Supporter Relations Team is on hand to take your calls between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and we are always delighted to hear from you.
We will deal with your donations, orders and enquiries in an efficient and prompt manner, aiming to:
– Process and acknowledge donations within 3-4 working days of receipt
– Process and dispatch orders within 3-4 working days of receipt
– Respond to and answer information requests and enquiries within 5 working days
With your help, we will keep your data up-to-date and accurate. All personal information will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
