When Adrian and Bridget Plass travelled to Bolivia and Peru it wasn't simply for a holiday or to visit the typical tourist hotspots. They went to catch a glimpse of the real South America. From the presidential palace in Lima to some of the poorest communities in the mountains of Bolivia, this was an incredible journey. A journey full of challenges and surprises.
