How do you use my Child Ambassador Sponsorship donations?

Toybox is committed to making the most of your generous donations and showing you their impact.

For this reason, we make sure that for every pound you give as a Child Ambassador sponsor, 85p goes directly to support children in the city where your Child Ambassador lives.

Toybox uses your monthly donations to reach children in lots of different ways:

• To reach out to children on the streets – Your donations mean that Toybox can bring children off the street every day, offering them hope and a future.
• To support local people – Toybox believes in local people so we train them to be the best they can be for children in their city. We provide training and resources for leaders of day centres, street teams and residential homes. Your donations ensure that your Child Ambassador is attending a fully-trained and supported project.
• To build leaders of the future – Training workshops and activities help your Child Ambassador to be a voice at the heart of their own community.
• To bring about lasting change – We believe in long-term solutions so we fund local campaigns raising awareness about the plight of street children.

With your remaining 15p, Toybox can spend its time campaigning in the UK, fundraising and doing essential admin. For every £1 we spend on fundraising, we aim to raise at least £5 in return. We also commit to keeping our administration costs to a bare minimum, so that more of your money can go straight over to the street children of Latin America.
