Supporter Care Charter

Here at Toybox we value and appreciate our relationship with you, our supporters, and are committed to providing a first-class, friendly service. As we strive to live out our brand values we will treat you with kindness, integrity and respect.

The Supporter Care Team is on hand to take your calls between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and we are always delighted to hear from you. We will deal with your donations, orders and enquiries in an efficient and prompt manner, aiming to:

Process and acknowledge donations within 3-4 working days of receipt
• Process and dispatch craft orders within 3-4 working days of receipt
• Respond to and answer information requests and enquiries within 5 working days

With your help, we will keep your data up-to-date and accurate. All personal information will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We want you to enjoy dealing with Toybox, and for our interactions to be positive and encouraging. If you have any feedback for us on how we are doing, please do let us know.
